My experience eating the Shilala bars has been better than I could have imagined. It is obvious to me that the active ingredient Shilajit has many positive effects on the body and mind. When I first starting taking the product, it took me about 3 or 4 days to acquire the unique taste of the product, and then to start looking forward to more each day. I love the taste now! I'm currently on a keto diet, so I'm trying anything with dates in it with some caution, but when I read that each bar contains only 3 carbs, I was relieved.
